I used half the butter to lighten it a bit and it was delicious.

I like the rice, not sensational but pretty good. But when my 9-year old asks why Ingrid's shirt is so low, I have to wonder what FN is thinking. I am not a prude but this was quite inappropriate, along with the "I need lots of luck tonight", and "oh he is so cute." I would also prefer actual LATIN recipes, or rename it to "Simply No Intiendo" (I don't get it.

Do we care about your body? I don't think so. This forum is to rate RECIPES.
Maybe next time you could concentrate on the recipe, use a dictionary and get some tips regarding your grammar.

Escellent rice. I think all of the iron chef critics need to get a life. You guys at Food Network do a great job. Love most all of the programs.

did not use leftover rice. cooked it in veggie broth. did use bread crumbs on top w/extra parmesian not mixed in. girlfriend thought maybe best rice she's had. usually when we split up dinner leftovers i give her all the rice. not this time.

I whole heartedly agree with the reviewers who suggest making and eating before reviewing. I too hope that Ingrid will delve more deeply into Latin cooking but she helself says that her show is with a "Latin Twist". That said I found her rice dish wonderful. Sure you can make it more complicated but that is what a series is about. Anyone complain about Bobby Flay making grilling to simple. this dish goes very well with the Brandied Shrimp. I agree that it holds up very well and improves in flavor depth wih age. Don't diss it, Try it.

I do have an excellent clivage and better body and I can cook, I don't mess with all that hair in the kitchen (absolutely un-proffesional and of course don't use jewelry in the kitchen...Do you get that FN-PEOPLE????? Who do you think you are trying so hard to trick about "latin cooking"?
