Ingredients

  • 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup lime juice (from about 6 limes)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

In a blender, combine the ginger, water, lime juice, sugar and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and serve immediately, garnished with a lime wedge.

    I think it taste really nice and if you add half a cup of vodka it comes out even better.

    I liked this recipe, I would use superfine sugar so that it dissolves a bit quicker, but for the summertime, this was very nice.
