Love this dish! I put regular raisins and cilantro instead of golden raisins and parsley. This is the perfect refreshing summer salad, I have been making this since I seen it on the show years ago. Great salad to go with a BBQ.

I wish the Quinoa had more flavor, also the Quinoa tends to dry out if you don't eat it within a couple of days of making it.

I have made this recipe several times, we love it. I put in chunks of oranges along with the raisins and everyone loves it. Room temp is my favorite, but cold is fine too. I make it with vegetable broth for all my veggie friends

Loved this! I didn't try it with raisins, but instead dried cranberries, and I added chicken chunks to make it a main course. I also preferred it hot, but it was just as tasty cold. Perfect for summer =

I made it as directed and it was great. I found that I did like it better at room temp or heated instead of cold. I plan to try more variations with nuts and cranberries as well as mushrooms and other ingredients. Thank you, Ingrid, for introducing me to Quinoa!

LOVED it! I followed the recipe to the T, my only addition was I threw in Cranberries with the Raisins.. I thought it was awesome, a staple and my picky 3 year old ate it!

I had always wanted to try quino and boy did this recipe get me hooked. After reading several of the reviews, I decided to use dried cranberries and cilantro in place of the golden raisins and parsley. Absolutely delicious! I have already made it twice this week. This side dish was a nice complement to the Rum Chica Rum Chicken which I also made.

This is a fabulous recipe, and I change ingredidents based on what I have, including subbing lemon juice for orange juice. My 18-yr-old son loves this. I've also made it with brown rice.
