I can't seem to find any recipe of this girls worth trying again. The new show with Amy Findly seems to be a real hit, will be trying her recipes from now on.At least it is easy going without all the chica crap.

I really thought I would like this salad because I do like raisins in chicken salad but the raisins just messed this recipe up for me. I'm giving it one star because the title of the recipe refers to the raisins.

I actually used this to stuff tomatoes, and it came out wonderfully. I only used half an English cucumber, I soaked the raisins in orange and tangerine juice, and I also added dried cranberries. Additionally, I used some cremini mushrooms, and tangerine zest instead, and it came out very nice and light. After I filled my tomatoes, I added more OJ, in each tomato "cup" to make sure the flavour persisted. Wonderful!

This recipe is wonderful. I had heard of the health benefits of Quinoa, but did not know how to prepare it. I added a bit more orange juice (just because I am so crazy about citrus and it turned out really yummy. I have never been a fan of cucumbers, but I did add them to this dish and am happy to report that I have found that I really do like them in this dish. I have really enjoyed Ingrid's cooking. I've read a lot of harsh reviews and was hesitant to make this when I saw it was only 4 stars on the rating scale, but I am so glad I checked and saw that it was two people who didn't seem to have even tried this recipe who rated it at one star. It really is a wonderful show if you are open to new ingredients, flavors, personalities, and presentation.

Lighter than couscous, this recipe is refreshing. You could use couscous - but try to find Quinoa. I found it in Whole Foods. this was sweet from the citrus, crunchy from the cucumber and chewy from the raisins. I will make this again and again.

Both hubby & I enjoyed this dish. Used golden cherries in lieu of raisins. Didn't have fresh parsley which I believe would make this dish even better. This is a tasty, easy and pleasing to the eye salad.

The second I saw Ingrid make this salad I printed out the recipe. Made it today and was pleasantly pleased. Made a couple minor adjustments for my sake, but I kept eating it all day...a spoonful here and there. Next time I'm adding more raisins! Who knew you could get that creative with quinoa (I've always had it very plain. Yummy salad. Will be repeated for sure!

I made this quinoa salad as a side dish with roasted fish. It was a perfect compliment to fish on a warm summer evening....very refreshing. I wouldn't change a thing. Since this is suppose to be a Latin inspired show, I would like to see more latin inspired dishes like this one.

This salad was fantastic. I made it for a work function and everyone loved it and have to have to the recipe. I have made it twice and recommend cutting down on the parsley.

This salad has a unique flavor but not so much that it turns picky eaters off from trying it. Everyone at our party loved it. And it turned out to be quite a topic of conversation due to the fact that most people didn't know what quinoa was. I substituted dried cranberries for the raisins because I've always loved the cranberry/orange matching. I will make this for any pot lucks from now on.
