I Make an almost similar recepit for years, 3 meats, I don't llike onion, bell pepper and almost anything so I blend them all to give the flavor. I think your recepit is wonderful specially your sharing with all "open minded people" so they can see a diferent approach to stuffing other than traditional. The cool part of a smart human/person is you see a recepit and you cand add edit and change it how ever you want to make it your own. : The is how I take all the receipts, as too many ingrediint I guess some people have not left the country and try other foods :. Simple and basic all the time is good but once at year a bit more is faboulus. And come on, you mom never told you......IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. You would think an adult would have more sense. Keep the recepits comming I am always watching and so are my friends to make our own better. Life is short you all don't get on a twist for something that problably was not intented for non open minded people such us yourself. Good will bless you soon.

I have never in my life seen a recipe with more outrageous ingredients. It is almost as if "Mom" was saying "What else is in the refrigerator and pantry. Let's throw it in." Tomato paste, olives, all that garlic!! Yuk! This is a disservice to all the great chefs and recipes on the site. By the way it was stated that this was "award winning" Where? This would make any Thanksgiving guests upchuck.

I thought that it was an overkill in meats. I do have a problem with her "new latino" cooking fusion thing she is trying to do with this. Italian sausage is not something that emulates latino cooking, but it does emulate an Italian twist.

This is the most expensive stuffing I have ever seen. What is her family budget for food?
