    Very good! If you don't love chorizo and I mean really love it then this will not be a good taste for you. My Wife does not like chorizo (an she is mexican. =D She did not like these burgers but she did say if it didn't have any chorizo it would have been one of the best burgers she has ever tasted. So, this weekend I am making them without the chorizo. Unlike my wife I really enjoyed them! I think this is a really good recipe but I would cut the chorizo portions in half. It is chorizo heavy! This is definitely in my recipe box!

    "THese are the best burgers I have ever had in my life!!!! I used union rolls and a chipotle gouda cheese scliced very thin that I found at the publix deli instead of the recommended cheese and they are awesome!!!!!! 5 STARS!!! Also the onion mixture is so good you can eat it on almost anything..Thank You Ingrid!!"

    lloved these Latin burger's! We grilled them and they were excellent that way. The onion jalapeno relish was outstanding as was the red pepper Mayo. The Oaxaca cheese was super pricey so we subbed muenster cheese and it was delish, definitely a keeper recipe!

    I liked these burgers. The only thing I did not like was they had a lot of grease in them heheheh. I will try these again but next time on a grill. Other than that I really liked these.

    These are SOOOOO good!! A little spicey, a little sweet. The combo of all the parts is AWESOME! And not sure why the difficulty is rated medium...wasn't really any harder than other burgers. And we threw some shredded cabbage on for our greens!

    Im surprised thi received 5 stars. It was too sweet for me. I would leave out the brown sugar or cut it in half at least. Other than that, pretty good burger.

    Burger is AMAZING! The sweet, the spice...ALL flavors joined together for a big happy burger! SOO GOOD!!! I substituted the ground sirloin with turkey and it was fabulous!! I also added more jalepenos, hubby and I are big spicy fans and we were sweating while eating but no talking to enjoy every bite!
    I highly recommend this burger to EVERYONE! Gave the recipe to all my friends so I can't wait to hear their raves!
