    Too much oil, too much lemon. As a new show I wanted to try the recipes to see if they work but I was not impressed. Ms. Hoffman is a bit over the top. She is a mix of 1 cup Rachel Ray, 3/4 cup Giada and a 1/4 cup Sandra Lee. Not a very good combo.

    Flavors were great but I followed the recipe exactly and also thought there was too much oil. i also ended up w/ a ton of onions, could have added more chicken. I love the flavor of the lemon in the recipe. Used the entire cup and thought the sweet onions w/the lemon and chiles was a great combination.

    The oil in this recipe is WAY too much, you don't need that much to sear the chicken and saute the onions. I made the mistake of following it exactly and it was too oily. But the onions, garlic and pepper cook down nicely. I also only added 1/2 cup lemon juice because I didn't have enough for the whole cup and it was very very lemony. I like lemon. I think if you add the whole cup it would be overpowering. Its a nice recipe when you have these ingredients on hand, but not a showstopper.
