Ingredients

  • 2 boxes pineapple flavored gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can lychees in syrup
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 10 to 12 small plastic cups or shot glasses

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the gelatin and the sugar. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add boiling water to the bowl and whisk vigorously to dissolve the gelatin. To the gelatin mixture, add 1 cup of lychee syrup, and rum and whisk again. Cut the lychees in half and place 1 half in each cup. Pour the gelatin mixture into the cups. Refrigerate until set.

    You people are brutal. I've never seen so many people uptight over cleavage or someone's appearence. Can't someone be... attractive and still cook? Why do you all think she's TRYING to be sexy? She doesn't have to try, she is attractive. Are you all threatened by her ? Maybe you should all take your eyes off her boobs long enough to realize that she does have a show and she is talented.     These shots were nasty! This host is an insult to Food Network viewers. She needs to button her blouses up & can the chica... chica every few minutes. If I wanted to watch a sex show there are other channels for that. I was excited when I first heard that a Latino cooking show was coming to FN. There must be thousands of better chefs & cooks who specialize in Latino cuisine. This woman obnoxious & has no class. If FN is trying to do a Latino version of Giada's show, they missed the boat.Read more
