This is one of our favorite salads, I have made this many times since I discoverd it while looking for something to use my jicama in. Everyone loves the dressing, my husband asks me to make extra dressing. Please try this....it is soooo good.

I made this salad w/ some grilled chicken and pico de gallo. Needless to say, the salad was a hit for dinner! I loved the way the flavors of the lime and peanut butter brought out the flavors of the jicama, mango, and radishes. I liked the sauce a little thicker, so i didn't add water to it. This salad is perfect during summer. Crisp, tasty, and refreshing!

Please ignore some of the other reviewer's comments and try this recipe! It is absolutely fantastic! The sweet tartness of the mangoes goes exceptionally well with the nuttiness of the dressing. Make sure to toss the salad with the dressing right before serving and make sure your greens are nice and chilled. I am very annoyed by the comparisons to Rachael. Ingrid is not trying to be Rachael at all, she is Ingrid, and she is fabulous! Besides, the recipe is under review here, not the host! This is a 5 star recipe! Come on people and grow up already. Ingrid is beautiful and sexy and not liked by all female viewers, but it is un-warranted. At least she doesn't show cleavage galore on her show like Giada! No offense Giada, I love you too but I'm tired of people (women dumping on Ingrid!!!

Ingrid is so much fun to watch and I have enjoyed all of her recipes so far including this one. I love jicama and this was the perfect place to use it and another favorite -- mangoes! Definitely try this one. So refreshing.

I loved the combination of the peanut dressing with crunchy jicama and sweet mango. I really don't care for salads, but I'll make probably make this one quite often! Thanks for sharing!

This was a big hit at my house even with my picky Latino husband and brother-in-law...everyone loved it and now I make it on a regular basis.

I made the dressing because I had the ingredients on hand and thought I would get the salad ingredients tomarrow. I made Ina's parmesan chicken strips for the kids for dinner. Since my husband and I love chicken satay, I thought I might dip a strip into the dressing. We both loved it and decided it would be a nice change from the typical satay sauce.
The lime is wonderful with the peanut butter. I made it just as it calls for however I used natural peanut butter which has no added sugar.

Wonderful taste combination. What I didn't like about this salad was all the chopping and peeling, however, the end result was worth the effort. All the peeling and chopping also helped me sharped my knife skills.
