Wonderful taste combination. What I didn't like about this salad was all the chopping and peeling, however, the end result was worth the effort. All the peeling and chopping also helped me sharped my knife skills.

I gave this salad a four star rating, I did not enjoy cutting up the mango or jicama. However- THE SALAD WAS GREAT!!! The dressing was so yummy and flavorful, I couldn't get enough.

I love any type of nuts so I decided to give it a try. The dressing is really good. I've been using it as a regular salad dressing.

I didn't add the jicama to the salad (couldn't find it, but I did use the mango and radishes. Good flavors.

Doesn't work, seriously, she is trying too hard to imitate great Rachel Ray and guess what is not working at all!

This salad had great color for presentation and fabulous taste combinations. The dressing was easy but mine was a bit too thick, so I did have to thin it out. Altogether, a light tasty salad.
