Refreshing, tart, earthy with peanut butter - fabulous when you add fresh grilled shrimp!

The chicken dish was excellent. I did not make the potatoes, but I plan on doing that next weekend.

Ingrid appears to be the "real thing". I plan on watching her in the future. Two great tips I picked up were freezing the onions for 30 minutes before cutting to reduce the tears, and boiling the potatoes whole. I look forward to more tips.

I welcome the South American flair.

I love all of the crunchy vegetables with the sweet tangy peanut butter dressing. I really enjoy the show and I love Ingrid's personality. I don't know why I say that because I thought this recipe review spot was to review recipes but everyone is reviewing Ingrid's personality so I thought I would give my opinion.

The vegetable/fruit combo was nice but I didn't like the dressing. Use the peanut butter without the sugar.
Won't be making any more of Ms. Hoffman recipes that is for sure.

We just made this for a Mexican dinner party tonight. Great combo of ingredients and the dressing is very nice.
