I thought this shake was really yummy! It took a while for me to get the mixture to become a shake consistency, but when I did the shake tasted so good. I added a bit of sweetener just to help with the dominant flavor of the mint which really helped. I think it was just as good as it looked on tv when Ingrid made it.

This smoothie is great. I didn't go on the recipe entirely, in that I used smaller portions and instead of ice cream I used plain yogurt mixed with honey and vanilla extract. This smoothie is deliciously light and refreshing on a spring day. The mint was very subtle. Two thumbs up

My husband and I loved this recipe. It is also beautiful to look at with a bunch of mint specks from the mint leaves. Very frothy and thick.
I might use a little less mint leaves next time, maybe 3/4 of what the recipe calls for.
Thank you Ingrid!

After watching Ingrid make this on TV we were excited to try it ourselves. After all the necessary ingredients were combined, we sat down to enjoy the shake. after 1st taste, the taste of peach and mint were immediately observed to not be the best combo. It got better after the 1st taste but not much. Looked good on TV and it was EASY to make but thats all I can say...

The consistency was great, very frothy, but the taste...I don't have for it. What an odd combination
