Great flavors and a great looking dish. It can be grilled or baked and then a quick finishing broil to give it additional color. This dish quickly became a favorite of all my friends and house guest.

I made this last night along with the quinoa salad, and liked both. One thing I didn't do was baste the chicken, which I will do next time to give it a bit more flavor.

This is one of the easiest, tastiest chicken recipes I have ever tried.

I make a lot of Latino recipes and this is just terrible! What a waste of some good rum!

I'm from Miami and I can honestly say that she does not represent South Florida cuisine nor the wonderful latin flavors so prevalent here. Even her name seems so out of place. It's a shame that FN didn't take the time to get it right!

Even with some of the other negative reviews I thought I'd try this because I really want to find different latino recipes for chicken. To me the flavors just didn't work. It was way too sweet for me & the large amount of worcestershire sauce didn't work with the ginger. And Ingrid is still incredibly annoying with that finger snapping stuff. It's time to dump Ingrid & get an authentic latino chef for a show with better recipes & less silly behavior.

This recipe was ok. It was a bit to sweet tasting for me.

For all these sweet and tangy ingredients, this promised to be tastier. I marinated for 4+ hours and it had just a hint of flavor. I would try bone-in and baste it to add more flavor - but I think I'll try Guy's Mojito Chicken as another viewer suggested!!
