This chicken, along with the quinoa salad, was exceptional. Great blend of flavors! Thanks!!

What a waste of time prepping for this when it came out practically tasteless. I give up watching her show. The recipes are whack and so is her cheesy "let me snap my fingers to freeze my friends while we cook and they won't even know we were gone." Food Network have lots of other higher quality, higher content, less BS show. I am just so disappointed that they gave a show to someone that can't cook!

I marinated the chicken for about 1.5 hours. The receipe doesn't include salt and pepper, but I think during that episode she did added salt and pepper. I did not added it until I realized it needed it(too late it was cooked already. It had flavor but to my taste the flavors did not blend together well.

Looking at the ingredients, I can understand the comments about odd flavor, it's an odd combination. Not one I'm going to try. For those who were dissapointed, try Guy"s Mojito chicken, it rocks. It's alot more Latin than this dish is. And for those who say you have to waste money to rate a recipe, I disagree. I'm not going to make this recipe because it looks bad, so it failed.

This is the second recipe I tried by Ingrid, and they are both equally terrible. Chicken had a awful flavor. I'm looking for authentic good tasting latin food, was so excited when this show premeired. Not Latin Not good! Can't understand anyone that gives her good reviews. Okay reviews maybe but definitely not good

The chicken comes out very tender and is very juicy.
I liked the Lemon chicken recipe better but this one was very good as well.

I made this for a few girlfriends for an afternoon lunch. The only change I made was that I sliced some scallions to grill along with the chicken (on a stovetop grill pan instead of outdoors. Everyone loved the flavors, one even said she felt like she was eating at a five star restaurant!

Looked good on the show, did not taste good at all! My husband and I ate two bites and that was it.

This recipe is so good! I know this because I have a Grandson living with me who in 15 years has never eaten a left over. This chicken recipe was different. My wife went to get the left over and it was GONE : Grandson ate it. Second reason it is great; My wife eats no "white meat" until this recipe
Thanks, making it again next week.

This marinade is very good. I didn't add the worcestershire (didn't think it would taste right with the orange & rum, but I might add it next time to see how it changes the flavor.

I will rotate this with Ina Garten's tequila lime marinade.
