I made this chicken yesterday and it was wonderful! It was moist, delicious and done in a flash! I used Capt. Morgan for the rum since I didn't have dark rum and it was wonderful. I did cut back on the amount I used just because it seemed a bit strong for me, but it was wonderful. My entire family enjoyed it. This isn't the place to rate the show, but the recipes. So far I've enjoyed her show and the recipes she's presented. Highly recommend trying this one.

This is one of the best chicken recipes goin'.... so easy, and so good.
I even tried it with pork loin slices, and it is just as good on pork!!

My guys liked it so much they asked me to thicken the marinade to dunk in!!!

    Just great!! Thanks so much....

This is a great recipe. I was worried that the rum would be overpowering, but after grilling, the rum is not recognizable. The first time I grilled the chicken, I overcooked; the second time, I used an instant read thermometer and it was wonderful.

I am a very avid Food Network watcher and LOVE to cook and try new recipes. I was excited about this recipe, but it was awful. In fact my husband I didn't eat more than 1-2 bites each and threw it out. Will maybe try another of her recipes, but after reading other reviews more than likely not to.

Sorry Ingrid. You are adorable but this chicken marinade is not. Thought some of the reviews must be wrong, but upon making this recipe, it just doesn't work. I believe that its the Whorcestershire sauce that makes it taste bad.
