It sounds like someone is a little bit jealous of Ingrid, if you don't care for her recipes that is fine, but you do not have to talk bad about her as a person. This is a wonderful recipe for Spanish Tortilla. I love Spanish Tortilla, I actually make mine a little thicker, but that is an easy fix, after cooking the potatoes I just put the egg and potato mixture in a smaller skillet for a nice thick Spanish Tortilla. I love the idea of cooking it in the over, I always leave it on the stove top and then turn it but putting it in the over is easier and the results where the same. Great recipe, great show.

I dont't really care that she is a ditz on tv. I don't even care that it is not really Latin food even though she calls is Latin twist becuase she throws cilanto on it. What I do care about is that all of her food is horrible. I tried three of the recipes that sounded decent in the book and had to toss all of them. Poor washeed out telenovela star who thinks she can "act" like a cook and must have been good on the casting couch because she is horrible as a cook.

Even my picky husband liked it. This would be a nice breakfast item or for a Sunday brunch item as well. Very easy to make.
