It is different and my cousin loved it. She is pregnant and wants me to make it again. its almost like a new way of making mashed potatoes but the kids dont know that they are eating cauliflower.

I crave cauliflower during this pregnancy and was looking for a side dish for a Cuban inspired dinner party. Was good but had a lot of leftovers. I'll be eating this for days!

This was such a fantastic twist on the usual cauliflower mash. It had a nice smoky flavor, and I loved the smooth texture obtained by blending it.

If you like a more chunky texture, I recommend putting the adobo sauce, lime, cream (I used cream and seasonings in a food processor, and then adding this to the cauliflower and mashing it.

I'm not a fan of vegetables and am always looking for ways to make them more palatable without being too fattening. This recipe did the trick. I couldn't find adobo sauce, so I used 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce instead. I also used low-fat sour cream and part-skim mozzarella. The flavor and texture were superb. It's also good cold. The leftovers will make 1 or 2 lunches for me this week. I?ll definitely make this again.

This recipe is so creamy and buttery. It is really good. The only thing I would add is maybe a bit of heat.

Fixed this tonight for my husband and I and WOW it was awesome. Had to make a few changes because didn't have some of the ingredients. I basically fixed it just like mashed potatoes and we loved it. It tasted just like them without the heaviness of potatoes. Thanks for the wonderful idea.

I was looking for another way to prepare cauliflower. This recipe won't be it.
