I debated on giving this recipe four stars because I wouldn't get mine to come out crispy but the flavor of the fries and the avocado sauce were so unbelievable I had to give it five stars. Also, since some of the other reviewers commented they got their fries crispy, I'm wondering what I did wrong and plan to try again to achieve the crispiness that would make these out of this world. The avocado sauce is a must and I even used the leftovers on sandwiches in place of mayo because the flavor is so good. Definitely a keeper.

Yummy! I put the potatoes on parchment paper instead of foil, it sucked up a bit of the oil. I also broiled them for an extra 2 minutes. The avocado sauce was the perfect balance to the sweetness of the sweet potato. I didn't have cream cheese so I used greek yogurt instead and grated a little shallot in, instead of the green onions. I think next time I won't use as much oil, but overall this recipe is a keeper!

After 20 minutes on the lower rack, most of the fries were burnt. They were crispy though. If I try this again, I'll leave them in the oven for 20 minutes total. The avocado dip was yummy. I used sour cream instead of mayonnaise and cream cheese. Also, I added garlic.

these were delicious. I put them in the oven at 425 degrees and none of them burnt. The dip was okay, there are other avocado dips on FN that are better. : winner

Delicious! The seasonings gave a perfect flavor. I followed another recipe for the baking by mistake, 400 degrees for 40 minutes & they turned out with a great crispy exterior (unlike last time I tried to make sweat potato fries w/ another recipe. I forgot to make the Avocado Dip, but these were delicious without it. Total keeper!

The spices on the fries along with the avocado dip was tasty. The texture, however, left a lot to be desired. The fries turned out pretty soggy and soft. My husband and I ate them, and both agreed we wouldn't make them again. My husband also had the idea to add more avocado and some yogurt to the dip. We'll try it and see how it tastes. Overall, mediocre recipe. Not awful, not great.

Feaking awesome! Made the dip with homemade mayo, so I left out the lime. The potato's don't get crispy but they are firm and delicious and the dip is off the hook delicious. There were none left at the end of the meal which is always a five star sign. Make this!

This recipe was a HUGE hit in our house. My kids, who are VERY picky, loved the potatoes AND the dip! Very tasty!
