    The Avacado dip is amazing. I did make a few changes to it. Mayo and me do not like one another so I used 1/3 cup of sour cream instead. It was heavenly, exspecially with the tasty tasty sweet potato fries!

    These were out of this world. They burned a little (cooked on convection at 425 for 20 then 5 min, but they were still delicious! Will make again and again.

    I used yams, because they're a little sweeter than sweet potatoes. Great dip, and tasty fries. My only complaint is that I couldn't get the fries crispy at all, without blackening them.

    These are so delicious. The sweet potatoes turn out slightly spicy and a little salted, then you get the smooth avocado dip and that makes the dish. Make these, you won?t be disappointed. No they don?t crisp up like a regular potato French fry, but they aren?t soggy either; just different. I wouldn?t eat them without the avocado dip, it?s scrumptious. I like a lot of Ingrid?s recipes and really fail to see why there are so many critical remarks about her on the board. If the cuisine isn?t completely traditional Latin, so what? It?s a fusion of what?s delicious in Latin and American food. As for her having revealing clothes on, so what to that too; she?s young, beautiful and successful, what could be wrong with that? If I looked like her I?d have those clothes on too.

    Easy, wonderful recipe. The fries were great with the dip - a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The dip would be great with just about anything - like a spoon, for example... ;

    I was looking a good sweet potato fries recipe and decided to try this one, slightly intrigued by the avocado dip and I am glad i did. It is now added in my recipe collection. my husband and i loved it and will keep making it. the avocado dip perfectly goes with the sweet potatoes. Thanks Ingrid.

    We really enjoyed the spices on the potatoes and the dip "WOW"... I will use that as a dip for many things- Lots of personality! Just thinking about it makes me want to create a batch- we even enjoyed leftover as a chip dip. Great Depth of Flavors!
