This is an incredible sauce and very easy to prepare! It's delish with shrimp but it's also incredible with grilled chicken and tortillas & I love it drizzled over eggs. So basically it can do no wrong. Thank you Ingrid!

Great flavor! I add a roughly chopped jalapeno and add to the pan during the poblano stage for heat. Otherwise, it's awesome as is. Have served over both rice and pasta - great each way.

This is our favorite. This sauce is so tangy and makes this recipe. It would be great on so many things. I want to try it on eggs too. Excellent recipe! I had to get pasilla peppers instead poblanos and it was still excellent.

Oh my goodness, this is a wonderful recipe! We served it over Orzo and it was wonderful. The sauce alone would be a great salsa or works great with chicken as well. Yum!

My entire family loved this dish. I served with toasted bread. My 4 year old son was dipping his bread in the tomatillo/poblano sauce. I cut the olive oil and butter back to 1 TBLS to make it even healthier.

A great shrimp recipe...very quick and easy. The Tomatillo sauce is the real star though...make extra sauce to use with other foods such as chicken or eggs. I made this dish for friends and they all say they are going to be making the tomatillo sauce for themselves.
