I made this wonderfully refreshing punch last evening for a group of colleagues. It was well received! I made it with a bottle of sparling lemonade instead of club soda. I added a splash of grenadine to the finished pitcher. The sun was setting and the horizon was so beautiful, I think the drink should be renamed for the sunset. The colors of the fruit, and the lemonade rivalled that glorius sunset! Oh, about the taste.....delicios!
