You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups brandy
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle chilled Champagne
  • 1 bottle chilled light white wine
  • 1 liter chilled club soda or seltzer

Directions

Put strawberries in a resealable plastic bag. In a bowl mix together the brandy and sugar, pour mixture into bag with strawberries, close the bag, and refrigerate overnight.

Pour the Champagne, white wine and seltzer into a punch bowl, stir. In a glass place a few strawberries. Ladle over punch and serve.

    THIS WAS A TOTAL HIT AT MY EVENT! MY GUESTS COULD NOT GET ENOUGH, EVERYONE WANTED THE RECIPE. GREAT FOR ALL SPRING AND SUMMER GATHERINGS.
