Excellent Irish Soda Bread recipe. Always comes out perfect! I always serve it with the Beef and Guinness Stew recipe you can find here on St. Parick's Day. If you can find it, serve with Kerrygold Irish butter!

This recipe is easy to follow and adapts easliy to changes like-putting more dried fuit like golden rasins and dried cranberries. My whole family just loves this bread toasted with a bit of butter in the morning for breakfast.

This recipe was easy to make. However it was bland. I would make again but add a few more ingredients for taste

I am no betty crocker but this recipe was so easy and it came out looking like bakery bought. It tasted wonderful. I had to make something from my heritage for my son at school for heritage day so I was able to make three of these quick and my son told me it was gone by the time he got to that end of the room.
