It's Elvis, Baby! Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional
- 1 cup ice
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
