I have been looking forever for a buttercream icing that does not contain vegetable shortening in it. Finally. This is just great, and has become my new favorite. Everybody who tries it, loves it!!

I got so many compliments on this frosting. My husband likes it and he's a "not too sweet" kind of guy, and yet it satisfies me with the sweet tooth. It is very creamy. I just added a little vanilla for flavoring.

The title says it all... I have always enjoyed a good buttercream, but making one was a different story. once I found this it was perfect! just add a little chocolate syrup and a touch of coffee and you have a buttercream fit for any cake.
