I don't believe I am alone in saying that I would like to see more shows detailing baking pastries and cakes, decorating cakes, creating sugar art and most of all chocolate and more chocolate. If people will watch food network challenge programs in which the topic is sugar art and cake decorating, it would seem to me that it would be a small step to take to realize that people are interested in trying these arts themselves and would watch shows specializing in these topics. I am an avid Food Network watcher and I for one would dearly love to see just one show dedicated to any of the above topics. Thank you
