This recipe actually worked out quite well. I was worried about not having enough orange juice, but it ended up beautiful. It tasted fantastic! (I also added about a third cup od lemon juice. I would love to find a good recipe for an apple sorbet!

PLEASE, don't let the refractometer stuff scare you from trying this. You don't need one; just remember that frozen foods don't taste as sweet as in liquid form and use your own judgement. I've had great results with this recipe, even if I've had to tweak it a bit from time to time.

The recipe came out well, but I just wanted to comment on the use of a refractometer - I don't have one, and don't know anyone who does -this almost intimedated me out of trying the recipe...
