I loved this icing!!! We used it for my boyfriends moms birthday cake it was a great compliment!!!! I added a little lemon zest just cause it was on top of a lemon cake!

I used this icing on sugar cookies and it worked very well because it added some moisture to the dry cookie. worked great :D

I thought there is no way lemon juice would go with sugar, but i was wrong a perfect compliment to the gingerbread cookies!

The recipe was quite easy but came out a little thin. It was also very lemony.
