Pretty easy to make even if you're a novice at candy making. The caramels are fabulous by themselves or as a base for chocolate- dipped candy.

I made these caramels for a dinner party I was giving and was surprised at the ease of this recipe.
The caramels were wonderful and very tasty.
I wrapped each caramel in colorful candy papers and served with dessert.

This caramel is wonderful! My kids and my husband beg me to make it and when I do I find the them sneaking peices every chance they get. I know they are because when my 2 yr old walks away from the counter I hear MMMMMMM and see a big smile. I give this recipe a big 5 stars.
