Ingredients
- 16 jalapeno peppers
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 4 cups grated white cheese
- 2 packages onion soup mix
- 2 pounds bacon
- 1 bottle ranch dressing
Directions
Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
Chop top off peppers and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese, white cheese, and onion soup mix. Fill jalapenos with cheese mixture and wrap with bacon. Grill until crisp on a medium heat, turning regularly. Dip in ranch dressing and enjoy.

To BrianAmmon-if you are confused as to what kind of white cheese to use, select the white cheese you like the best and use that. I chose cheddar that was not white and these were delicious. You could also use pepper jack or plain jack cheese. Use your imagination!

Taste-wise, this recipe is pretty good. All the ingredients go well together.
Taste aside, using regular jalapenos probably isn't the best idea. They are waaay too hot. Also, the recipe makes about 5x the filling that's necessary.
Cook time is more like 15 min along with 15 min of prep time.
