This was awesome. Followed the recipe exactly - used fresh thyme as my herb of choice. I wish people would not rate a recipe badly just because they don't like the cook. That is not fair. Rate the recipe, period. This is a wonderful recipe.

I've only been making pasta about 8 years. Made this easy way Jamie showed and the description - it's perfect. I use this recipe every time now, it's so quick, Next I need to make the oozy cheesy sauce with the broccoli.

Excellent dish! The Pasta recipe is as easy as Jamie presents it. Put the eggs in the food processor and add the flour and it immediately makes the dough as stated. Follow his directions and the dough is perfect using a pasta machine. I have been making pasta for years and this has really helped me not to have my kitchen a mess. Jamie, the food processor and pasta machine are the keys. Thank you!

The sauce has a really nice flavor. This recipe actually got my 1 year old eating broccoli, and lots of it! I will be trotting this one out at my next dinner party, especially since the grating chopping and pasta-making can be done ahead of time.

I have made this dish twice. The first time I used a home made creme fraiche...it was great. The second time I made it with store bought fat free sour cream...that was great too. Oh, and I also added chicken breast both times...maybe next I'll add shrimp.

This was a hit for dinner. Making the pasta toik about an hour. Once that was done, everything else came to gether in minutes.

This will now be my standard alfredo sauce. It is close enough that everyone loved it.

    Thanks Jamie!
