    I'm surprised that there aren't more reviews for this recipe - its a bit of work but its outstanding. I've served this at a few dinner parties and its a show stopper - wonderful complex flavors, great acidity/sweatness w/ balsamic + lemon, smokiness from the chorizo - just delicious

    The use of fennel and leeks really makes this dish. The chorizo dressing is very good and has a nice bit of spice. Together this makes this a top shelf recipe!
