I was a bit sceptical as I'm not really a Jamie Oliver fan, but this sauce is unbelievable. I blend to the consistency of a hollandaise and keep it in a jar in the fridge so I can put it on everything.

The sauce is fantastic and I love the uses of the winter vegetables.

Jamie's recipes are always amazing and I look forward to trying his take on Bagna Cauda. The new show is the most unique and appealing cooking show on TV despite what all of the "anonymouses" who are upset with Jamie's producers are saying. Glad to have him back on the air.

I understand there is this odd agreement with this particular program only to print 2 recipes per show, but you really should pay more attention to matching up the right photo with the right recipe. This pic is for the Tuna Ceviche with Herb Sprouts and the citrus dressing, which was the recipe I was really interested in using.

This is a wonderful way to enjoy raw veggies, handled in ways that Americans never see on menus.

I love the ingredients; I enjoy making use of unusual or little-used vegies; but the anchovies in the dressing is a love/hate thing and definitely not something I will do. The picture for this recipe, though there was much fanfare as to the limited number of recipes the show's producers would allow, is from the 3rd, 'excluded' recipe; the tuna ceviche with sprouts and fried garlic/ginger with a mock-yuzu dressing (lime, tangerine and grapefruit and there you have it!

I think Jamie Oliver is one of the most creative chefs on the Food Channel. He comes up with outstanding, interesting ideas. I never miss his show and I can't wait to try this outstanding salad.

Noticed your statement about limiting publication of his recipes to 2 per show. What's that about? Nobody I know, which includes a lot of folks, even watches this dreary program. Keep dancing to Jamie's "producers" tune - and your entire audience will sit this one out.
