I have made ribs numerous times but these were the best I have ever made and I didn't even use Jamie's BQ sauce - I just used our favorite bottled sauce. I think the rub is what makes them taste really good. I hope to try them with Jamie's sauce next time.

Never had any luck with ribs before, but Jamie made it look easy and it was! Tasted great, will be making them again soon.

I had never cooked ribs before so I listened to the show yesterday morning and decided to try it today. I also cooked the ribs this morning and then put them on the grill right before dinner. They came out great. My husband never had baby back ribs before and he loved them very much. I now have a recipe to hang on to for cooking ribs. Even though I am blind from diabetes, I can still cook and my family gave these ribs the seal of approval barbecue sauce and all. I definatly will keep this one.

Saw this episode this morning and made it tonight. They were amazing!!! Never made ribs before and was a little nervous, but this was foolproof. I will definitely keep this in my "Make Again File." I followed the recipes to the letter, and didn't need to change a thing!

Fabulous and Finger lickin good, meat fell off the bone. Sauce was tangy and spicy, excellent .
Served ribs with fresh field peas, corn bread and Jamie's twice baked potatoes. This recipe will be used from now on. I baked ribs early in the day and then grilled right before dinner time.

Very good!!! This is how I BBQ my ribs & chicken too. By baking it first the meat does not dry out and you don't get chard meat. Yum - O :
