Very delicious! I added an extra ear of corn and and an extra lime to the dressing, although its the most healthy with brown rice I was out and added rice pilaf instead, still very tasty! I have made this twice already and it will be a staple in our house, my family loves it! Thanks Jamie for a great recipe, you rock!!!

Tasty and delicious. Charred corn was awesome, I might add some additional corn next time. The lime juice vinaigrette was so light and fresh. So colorful and healthy. Everyone enjoyed it for the 4th of July. Soooo different. Love the show and recipes.

This was soooo good. I have never written a review before, but I just had to on this one! I agree with another reviewer, don't skip the charred FRESH corn. It is so worth the extra effort. I will make this again and again. Thanks Jamie!

This is really good! I charred the corn on the grill and added some cumin and little cayenne pepper to the salad. Next time I think I'll add green chiles or jalapeno. I will be making this for potlucks and for just because.

It was just as easy as it looked watching Jamie make it and it tasted great! I'll make it again.

This salad wsa so good! It was light, refreshing and we LOVE the roasted corn in it. I served it with tostadas and guacamole and it was a hit with our family. I will definitely make again!

This is a delicious side dish. I paired it with grilled chicken and it made for a light, fresh and tasty dinner. I like the idea of adding fresh cilantro - may try that next time. Also, I grilled the corn and it turned out great. Thanks Jamie!

Delicious and so healthy and refreshing. I did add cilantro and fresh jalapeno to the recipe. I'm so pleased and happy with the results. The brown rice is a nice change. Cheers to more healthy eating. Thank you Jamie and God bless you and your beautiful family
