    This salad was amazing! Half of the ingredients were in my garden! I added a little sweet basil and used orzo instead of the brown rice! Great summertime dish! I will definitely make this again.

    Very flavorful, easy. clean/fresh tasting, excellent combination; Love this recipe!! merries in fridge nicely. ...(do not use can corn, the fresh is worth it.

    This tasty salad is off the chain good! I used lemon juice and lemon zest instead of the lime because that's what I had and even my 12 year old son was loving it. Perfect cold side for summer.

    Love this salad. I just made it to have with dinner tonight and I can't stop going into the fridge for bites. I left out the red onion and the garlic because I find both of those ingredients to strongl for my taste buds but it still has amazing flavor. I will be making this on a regular basis to take to work for lunch.

    I made this today after I saw his show as well.....LOVE it! The charred corn really makes it wonderful.....this first time I have seen the show and really enjoyed it...will be watching on a regular basis! :-

    Made this today after I saw it on his show! It is delicious, light and fresh! Great for a hot day! I left out the red onion and forgot to put the garlic in, but it's still great!

    I like this show a lot. It's relatable, which is nice. Like his mom's show when it first came out.
