    I'm not a gazpacho fan, but this recipe is so good. I ate a third of it before I had a chance to allow it to chill.

    This is a lovely, subtle gazpacho. Normally I find gazpachos taste unpleasantly similar to pureed salsa, but I thought I'd give this one a go after seeing it on the show. Sure enough, it was wonderful! The one caveat--you'll need to use the very best, freshest ingredients. Meaning, I would not recommend making this outside of summer. Great for cooking with kiddos!

    Jamie Deen what a wonderful soup. I paired it with smoked gouda grilled cheese sandwiches and my family loved it. It is super nice with Campari tomatoes.........so super sweet. I would serve this to my girls at a brunch any day. Good job.........keep these good recipes coming.
