    I loved this salad !! I made a double batch of dressing. Here is the funny thing - I bought (what I thought was a small container of buttermilk. It was actually tonight when I wanted to make it again that I discovered it was actually 2% milk NOT buttermilk that I had used !! Everyone loved it nevertheless !! Tonight I am making it the "correct" way and I know it will be marvelous !! Just perhaps a lower fat option I discovered ?

    The Buttermilk Dressing was awesome! My family likes it without the blue cheese crumbles. This will be a family favorite - thanks Jamie

    I have to say this was a great salad. I did not make any changes and added the cheese to the dressing. We had dressing left over that made a great dip for my pizza the next night!

    So easy and yummy. My husband loved it and he usually doesn't like apples or nuts in his salad. It was a hit!

    So easy and so yummy! My husband loved it, and he is skeptical of "funky salads" I used spinach in it as well. The dressing was great! I used greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and I added chopped parsley as well. A definite keeper!
