When this was on 7-14, my husband noted that it looked interesting. I couldn't resist and, even though he has little liking for mustard, decided to give it a shot. Not only did my husband love it, but so did my 8 year old son! It also made a great second meal as fried rice.

I make grilled chicken frequently so I'm always looking for marinades. This one was easy and I had all of the ingredients here at home.I made this recipe tonight along with the pasta salad and I definately loved the marinade. My two daughters and Husband thought it was very good too. Will definately make it again.

    Tasty, yes.
I tried this and decided to adapt a different approach on my second attempt. On my first attempt, I thought the mustard was dominant and cut the amount in half. Then zested the lemon and used it as part of the marinade. The result, as to my preference, was even more balanced flaver.
You go Jamie. It's nice to see a down home show anyone can connect with.

Made this for dinner tonight, tasted wonderful and so easy to make. I made it with boneless, skinless, chicken thighs (what I had in my fridge, it still tasted really good. I will defiantly make this recipe again.
