Made this with our dinner tonight and loved it. Just a basic and simple guacamole. Had just a tiny bit left to enjoy tomorrow! I used bottled lime juice as I didn't have fresh limes on hand and this worked just fine.

Holy Guacamole!!!!!! This is a great and EASY recipe! I watched the show this morning and made it this afternoon for a pool party this evening. I bagged on it the minute I got to the party and it became an instant hit.

I love the sour cream in this recipe. It smooths out the texture some and makes it silky. But there is no seasoning at all other than salt and pepper. I think Good guacamole needs a few chilies even if they are mild, like jalapenos, to get a nice Mexican flare.
