I have tried to make hash browns before and failed. This time, I made the potato mixture but then had to let it sit while I made the other parts of the meal. I doubted that it would still come out ok, but (once my oil got hot enough they came out perfectly! This recipe made 8 hash browns, which made my family of 6 very happy. Looking forward to more great family recipes.

Jamie! I have prepared every single recipe from Dinner At Home. Yes, I sure have. I had a lone potato in my pantry and decided to try this recipe. Sure, I had to half the ingredients but that was easy enough. WOW! These hash brown patties were a HIT. I can't wait to try your next recipe.

This is FANTASTIC! The absolute key here is squeezing out the excess water from the potatoes!! Will definitely become a staple on "breakfast for dinner" night!

Great Recipe!, this my new way to make my hash browns. I seen it on t.v. And didn't find the recipe to later and was able to throw it together. Very simple, give it a try.
