I usually follow a recipe the first time but this time I did make some minor changes and it was so good. I used whole wheat couscous because that's what I had on hand and chicken stock rather than water since I was serving this with Grilled Chicken, Red Onion and Mint Kebobs. I also sauteed a large shallot in 2 Tbls olive oil and then added the couscous and toasted for a couple of minutes. I did use parsley but added a few chopped mint leaves since I was using mint in the main course. I think you could use just about any herb or a combination and it would be good.. This was a very simple and quick side dish.

OMG....This was delicious! The slight modification I made was to add minced garlic. We loved it and will make it again. I love Jamie's recipes because they are simple. If I see a recipe with more than 8-10 ingredients, I won't even bother with it except at holiday time. Keep up the great work.

This was our first time trying couscous. We both took a bite and looked at each other like "Is this really couscous?". We loved it! The raisins and toasted pine nuts are must! We'll be making this again!!

First time we've tried couscous. Good salad and I'll be making it again soon, such an easy dish to make. I did add a few more raisins due to family requests and they just made it better!

This was ok. My wife and I ate it, but it didn't scream that we should ever make it again. I've had couscous dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. I think I'll return to some of them. We all have different tastes....

It was great. Always looking for a new side. Served it with Tilapia. I didn't make the peach drink but I loved how Jamie added a little kick to his when Mama was on her way out the door. He deserved it after a long day. I think Jamie is doing a great job on his new show.

This recipe was very good and very easy. Jamie is doing a great job on this show by providing easy, affordable recipes that anyone can make, and most likely has the ingredients on hand. Kudos to Jamie!

Delicious, especially with the Tilapia Foil Packets. The squeeze of lemon was a great addition.
