    Loved this except I doubled the brown sugar and the ketchup to cut down the on the vinegar taste. Very good. Next time I'll do 1 1/2 cups of vinegar instead of 2. I put it on the ribs like Jamie did and followed his directions.....excellent.

    Wow! Followed this recipe to a T and this sauce was fabulous....if it is too vinegary then you haven't cook it long enough. Be calm and let it simmer for a long time. My family does not like onions so I used fresh garlic....amazing, will never use bottled BBQ sauce again! Don't forget to add the juice of one lemon like Jaime did on the show... Thanks, Jaime

    I LOVE your recipes and LOVE your show, but the BBQ sauce didn't work out well for me. I followed the recipe, but it had way too much vinegar for me and my family. When I realized that, I added more of the other ingredients to try to mask some of the strength of the vinegar, but it didn't work. That's just my opinion and I will definitely continue to watch and use your recipes.

    it was a huge hit with my family..i used on baked chicken breast.. i did add a little more brown sugar ( i like it sweeter but it was soo good.. love ur show Jaime

    every body loved it here at my house, they want more of this sauce on all the grilled meats i fix. love the show as well. jamie. keep up the good cookin. will watch the show always.
