I really do NOT like people who leave ratings for no reason whatsoever. I know it can be frustrating, but please. Sounds like an anger issue. This reciepe is wonderful! I NEVER would've thought to work a sweet potatoe this way. WOW! Thank you!

A truly inspirational combination of flavors. The squacquerone is AMAZING- forget the sour cream!!!! Jamie brings innovation, makes for ease in the recipes I've tried. Incredible tasting!
