    This is an absolutely delicious dish that will impress your most critical guests. It's not at all difficult, but your friends will be astonished by the concept of poached steak, and delighted to discover celeriac.

    Saw Jamie prepare this on "Jamie's Kitchen" and had to try it at home. Easy and very impressive. The steak literally melts in your mouth.
