I made this last night, and we loved it, the recipe was easy, I left out one egg yolk, and I think this made the sauce slightly thin. No problem, I just put it on the heat for a while, and it thickened up, it didn't seen to cook the eggs too much, I thought it might. I think this would be good with other vegetables as well. Thanks.

This came out great and it was so easy to make. My zucchini and yellow squash were on the large size so my chop did not look quite as nice as the show but it still tasted great. I cut down the amount of zucchini because it seemed like so much but it shrinks down so I could have used the fully amount. I served it with a Cesar salad and garlic bread. Definitely will make again!

After seeing the episode that aired this recipe, I decided that I had to try it. Pancetta is really expensive where I live so I substituted the pancetta with a local, lean hickory-smoked bacon (12 oz. Result....my family absolutely loved it! Thanks Jamie!!

This is a great, quick and easy recipe (and my kids love it, we've even switched out the zuchini with other veggies (like broccoli, spinach or even fresh tomatoes and it's delicious. It's a wonderful alternative to spaghetti sauce.

Very easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as it was my first time making carbonara and I didn't want to ruin it (didn't have a plan b and so I mixed the eggs with the cream and parm cheese while making the rest so it would be at room temp when it was time to combine. Not sure it it made any difference, but it was very easy. And incredibly delicious.

This was much easier to make than the instructions let on. I used creme fraiche instead of heavy cream and it turned out very tasty!

I made this for my birthday dinner ( it relaxes me to cook today and it was wonderful! I had taped this segment of "Jamie at home" as I work when it is shown in my area. My family (husband, son loved it too. I did add shrimp- about 1 1/2 pounds and it was so gooood! Thank you, Jamie. I wish Food Network showed more of your recipes! I have made your pizza dough and sauce and it was the best ever! I even brought the recipe to work- it is so easy to make. I do love your garden! Thanks so much. Laurie
