Food Network,
Is there a reason you are not replying to my emails? IS there a reason I haven't seen a statement about the 2 recipe issue with Jamie Oliver? Please give your viewers an answer!

I'm extremely disappointed that the other recipes from the show were not posted. And thanks, Food Network, for making it so impossible to contact you directly via email that we have to resort to posting comments on what may otherwise be a lovely recipe. If your intent is to show delicious meals without giving us the ability to replicate them at home, maybe I'll just turn to PBS for my cooking shows as sufficed before you came along.

It doesn't really matter how good or bad Jamie's recipe's are if there not to be shared. What's the point of the show, just to sell books. Much of the success of foodnetwork, compared to other cooking shows, is the viewers ability to try the recipes quickly. Good results enhance book sells. I bought too many books in past from untried chefs on tv and mostly dissappointed. If this is Jamie's attempt to hold recipes hostage for book sells I am somewhat surprised that food netwrk agreed to this treatment of it's viewers. Many more book sell teaser programs will probally see reduction in viewers.

Flavorful, great aroma and super easy to make! Perfect for a cold winter's day. A nice vanilla ice cream would go well with this too.

Phenomenal!!! The meat just melts in your mouth! I am disappointed that it did not show up on the site, but I sat down with pen and paper and did it just as he said. It was perfect, and I will make it again and again.

This is an amazing pie! For those of you wanting the savory crust recipe, he did the same as the sweet, but used shortning instead of butter and omitted the lemon zest and sugar. He said to add any herb you want instead of the zest (rosemary, etc..

I know a lot of you were discouraged when Jamie's recipe didn't show up on the forum. Fortunately, I DVR'd the episode and to the best of my ability, I typed the recipe while watching it. I posted it on another recipe site called Epicurious. Here is the link...Enjoy!
