    This is amazing! the meringues are chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside which is perfect! One of the best desserts I've ever "eton!"

    Chef Jamie simply makes me smile. When I saw him prepare this for a group of 'mates' coming over to a "man cave", I watched intently. Always heard of Eaton Mess. Knew a dessert then learned the Mystery. IT LOOKS SO IMPROPERLY PREPARED AND TASTES DIVINE! Try this with anything on hand. Improvise and find that as Chef Jamie would say- BRILLIANT!
