    This was just what I needed, something very different and unique. It has all kinds of flavors. I used ground pork and added the Dressing into the pan with the other ingredients at the end. I also served more crushed peanuts and cilantro at the table to taste. I was really pleased!

    I picked this recipie because I liked the ingredient list, and well, I think Jamie Oliver is a good chef. I have never used cellophane noodles before, and I must say this dish was amazing. The flavor it had, and it was so light on the tummy. I used chicken instead of pork since I had some cooked breasts in the fridge. This is one I will make over and over.
