By far one of the best chicken dishes that I have ever made. There are never any leftovers when I make this dish and I've been using this recipe now for 3 years and it only gets better. I would have never thought that I would be willing to make a dish called "Chicken and Milk" how bizarre, but the taste is amazing and naturally GREAT!

I've made this chicken several times over the past few years, and it is one of my absolute favorites. I like to make it with thighs instead of the whole chicken, and just bake it for shorter (45 minutes or so. My latest batch is in the oven right now. Yum!

This is the easiest poulet roti recipe ever! I got bored with normal roast chicken and decided that I'd look up something different and found it in this.
Strongly recommended...

I was a little worried about this because of the milk and everything but it tasted great. This dish is excellent and my wife loved it.

This recipe is effortless, and absolutely delicious. The first time I made it I thought it was an accident, but the second time, I knew I'd found a winner. Do make the polenta also, they go together quite nicely.

This recipe is easy to make and the chicken tastes soo goo. Definately use an organic, grain fed chicken!

This is so much better than any plain ol' roasted chicken with a few dried spices sprinkled on. This is a wonderful dish to impress a group of people with. Though, I did make this for an ex-boyfriends parents. I expected to wow them as I was amazed when I first tried this recipe. All they said was "Hmmm... it's different." Now I know why people complain about in-laws.

Milk with lemon and chicken??? Really? Yes! It's not what you may expect. It's flavorful, quick and EASY! The flavors and consistency are just what you want from a whole chicken. It's different, but it works! I like it with rice.

I highly recommend this recipe. The varied ingredients (from garlic to cinnamon give the chicken such a unique flavor.
